We craft timeless pieces that embody the perfect balance of heritage and modernity. Rooted in the mastery of artisanal techniques and driven by a passion for materiality, our designs tell a story of meticulous craftsmanship, aesthetic purity, and enduring beauty. Each piece is a testament to the alchemy of noble materials and the artistry of human hands.
A Journey Through Craft & Culture
Our Story
Founded in 2014 by Alison Legge and Christopher Noto, Elan Atelier was born from a shared passion for design, global artistry, and the transformative power of materials. Inspired by their time in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the U.S., they sought to bridge the gap between age-old craftsmanship and contemporary elegance. Their experience working with some of the world’s most prestigious brands—Jaya Ibrahim, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Roche Bobois, Four Seasons, and Aman—shaped their vision: to create furniture, lighting, and objets d’art that feel both timeless and deeply personal.
At Elan Atelier, we embrace a philosophy of "slow luxury"—a commitment to thoughtful, unhurried design that honors the integrity of the creative process. Each piece is a celebration of the natural textures, imperfections, and evolving patinas that make handcrafted work so unique.
Our Vision
We believe true luxury is not just about beauty—it’s about intention, authenticity, and longevity. Our vision is to create heirloom-quality pieces that transcend fleeting trends, inviting a deeper connection between object and owner.
With a focus on responsibly sourced materials and ethical production, we are dedicated to preserving artisanal traditions while innovating for a more sustainable future. Whether through custom collaborations or our signature collections, Elan Atelier remains a platform for creativity, craftsmanship, and enduring design.
